Please contact us by phone or through our inquiry form.
If you contact us via the inquiry form, we will reply to you as soon as we confirm your inquiry.

We will visit your home on the date of your choice for a quotation and explanation of our products.
Please consult with us about whether you would like new tatami mats or replacement of tatami mats.

【taking measurements】※8-mat room
When ordering new tatami, we will visit your room to take measurements. After the measurements are taken, delivery can be made as soon as the next day.
Basically, we do not pick up the tatami until the delivery date, so you can use the room as is.
【leaving】※8-mat room
If you order replacement of tatami mats, we will visit you to pick up the tatami mats.
If we pick up the tatami in the morning, we can deliver in the evening at the earliest.

After taking measurements or picking up the tatami, we will manufacture tatami in our workshop.
If you order new tatami, you can also choose the material of the tatami floor, so please consult us if you prefer a hard or soft floor.

We may ask you to change the schedule on bad weather days such as heavy rain or typhoons, as tatami mats may become damp.

Please move any belongings in the room where tatami mats will be laid out that can be moved in advance.
Furniture moving will be done by our studio.
This is safe for elderly people and female customers.

After checking the finished product, the customer will be charged.
