- Q1. What is the process from inquiry to delivery?

After your inquiry, we will discuss a meeting date and time, and visit you to check the condition of the tatami and explain the products.
At that time, we will bring the actual tatami mats for you to examine.
If you decide to order, we will bring the tatami back to our studio on your desired date in accordance with the date of consultation.
The shortest possible delivery date is the morning of the same day, followed by the evening of the same day.
Please consult with us in advance about your desired delivery date.In the case of new tatami, we can take measurements on the day you request and, if conditions are right, we can deliver the next day at the earliest.
We do not take the tatami back to your room until the day of delivery, so you can stay in your room as it is. - Q2. Can I use the room until delivery?

In the case of re-covering, you cannot spend time in your room until the delivery because you have to take the tatami back to your room.
If we pick up the tatami in the morning, we can deliver in the evening on the same day at the earliest.
However, if your room is larger than 10 tatami mats, it may be difficult to deliver on the same day, so please consult with us in advance.
In the case of new tatami, there is no pickup, so you can use your room until the day of delivery. - Q3. Do I need to do any preparation on the day of tatami replacement?

If you have books or small items on furniture or shelves in your room, please move them in advance.
We would appreciate it if you keep valuables and breakables in a separate place just in case.
We will be responsible for moving the furniture.
There is nothing else you need to prepare.
